EPIC Outreach is a nonprofit organization with a mission to create a kinder world for people, animals, and the planet by inspiring compassion for all things. Based in Jacksonville, Florida, EPIC Outreach offers humane education and other outreach services to make a difference for animals and people in need.

About our Guest:
Jessie Miller is an avid animal advocate who loves to write and educate. She has more than twenty years’ experience handling a wide range of pets and wildlife and is on the cutting edge of progressive change for the betterment of people and animals in our communities. She continues to work with various animal welfare groups nationwide including HSUS, Alley Cat Allies, Best Friends Animal Society, the Jacksonville Humane Society, and MSPCA. Jessie lives in Florida, where she spends her time either at the beach, running, writing, reading, or hanging out with her husband and rescued pets. That often includes dogs, cats, and other small critters like a rat or a guinea pig.
